Cheap but underwhelming.
Located inside a convenience store, Mayo’s was pretty busy when I stopped by at noon on a Tuesday. So I was surprised by the unimaginative burrito they served: mostly rice and pinto beans with just a dash of carnitas, wrapped so carelessly that the ends weren’t tucked-in properly. It is the cheapest burrito I’ve had so far in Santa Barbara, which might partially explain its popularity.
